The Biblioteca Riccardiana in Florence, in collaboration with the Biblioteca Moreniana, exhibits in its monumental spaces some drawings by Giovan Battista Foggini and some volumes that delve into the activity of the artist, grand-ducal sculptor, court architect and director of the Manifatture di Galleria.
It is also possible to see, in its original location in the reading room of the Library, the marble bust commissioned by the Riccardi to Foggini to celebrate Vincenzio Capponi, who contributed so much to the formation of the family’s book heritage.
