The Teca digitale
Among the manuscripts available in the digital collection are those usually excluded from consultation.
Additionally, a search query has been created for catalogs and historical inventories.
Manuscripts that are also available in Colori online include a link to that database in their access record, while for illuminations described in Colori online, there is a redirect to the corresponding image in Teca Digitale.

In 2021, the digitization and description of 36 manuscripts (totaling 9,586 individual images) was carried out as part of the PoetRi Project, funded by the FISR 2020 – COVID program of the Ministry of Universities and Research (MUR).
The project was overseen in its philological and literary-historical aspects by Nicoletta Marcelli (Principal Investigator) and Antonio Corsaro (University of Urbino, lead institution), and in its paleographic and codicological aspects by Irene Ceccherini (University of Florence, partner institution).

On the introductory page, searches can currently only be conducted by signature or by free field.
Each digitisation is accompanied by a minimal descriptive sheet, in which the following data, taken from the most recent cataloguing available, is provided:
- author and title (in the case of several works, a generic title has been given or the work for which the codex is known has been given preference)
- dating;
- format;
- copyist, illustrator, possessor;
- language (only for Arabic manuscripts).
The description card of the digitised manuscripts for the PoetRi Project is enriched by the reference to the codicological-philological description on Manus on line.
The data in the card, when enhanced, are hypertextual and allow a thematic search by clicking on them.
The visualisation is opened by clicking on the image next to the card. A menu with three parallel lines in the top left-hand corner opens the list of cards in the manuscript. When a relevant decoration (initial, miniature or drawing) is present in the card, the generic term ‘illustration’ has been added. In addition to browsing the list of papers, using the icons in the bottom right-hand corner, it is possible to view the manuscript in single-page, side-by-side or full-screen mode by opening a new page.
